The Villa

This wonderful holiday home is located just above Platakia Bay in Paleokastritsa.

The villa, a true jewel with a beautiful outdoor terrace and old olive trees, offers a complete package. Breathtaking view and high-quality accommodation in a comfortable and well-furnished space. It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher & washing machine), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests will enjoy the furnished outdoor terrace, with outdoor dining area and sun loungers.

The whole house is equipped with a modern lighting philosophy that allows you to create your own private lighting.

The only way to get to the accommodation is going down many stairs.
Caution is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

BEDROOMS

The first bedroom has two single beds or king size bed (on request). The second bedroom comprises of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and balcony doors to the terrace. Sleeps 2 – 4 guest, maximum occupancy 6 people. (2 persons in sofa beds in the living room)

KITCHEN

The stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine, and it has an open-plan arrangement that connects it to the living room.

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms are fully tiled and have shower cubicles with a hand shower as well as a fixed head.

Outside terrace:

Outside terrace under the olive trees with magnificent sea view, a table seating six, an outdoor lounge for four, two sun lounges, a BBQ and outside shower.

LIVING ROOM

Living room: Open–plan living room with two comfortable sofas and a dining table seating six, a flat-screen satellite TV and fireplace.
